North Pacific distributes specialty building materials ranging from composite columns to siding and housewrap, carpeting to doors and fencing to roofing.
Architectural Columns—Our Composite Division manufactures the only load-bearing, architectural, filament-wound column in the industry today.
Branded Specialty Products—Our Midwest Division offers building material retail dealers the right combination of product, quality and service at competitive prices. We represent manufacturers such as Masonite Siding, Miratec Trim, James Hardie Siding, Typar Housewrap, ABTco Vinyl Siding, Ashland Davis Vinyl Siding, Deck One Deck Fasteners, Simpson Strongtie, Trus Joist, Trex Decking, Chesapeake Hardwoods, States Paneling and many more. We have the ability to custom tailor programs to suit your needs.
Building Material Liquidations:
- Carpet—We specialize in #2 remnants direct from Shaw Industry in Dalton, GA. Our offerings include 6ft - 60ft rolls with approximately 25ft average per roll. Widths from 12ft to 15ft are offered with mixed colors and patterns. Allen Timber Co. offers truckload or less than truckload quantities.
- Kitchen & Bath—The sale of reconditioned kitchen and bath products as well as manufacturers excess inventory has become one of our Southern Division's many specialties. From reconditioned tub shower units, shower units and whirlpool baths with many styles to choose from, to excess manufacturers inventories in toilets, vanities, sinks and many other related products, our qualified sales staff stands ready to assist you.
Doors & Windows—Serving the U S market, our Southern Division offers LTL and truckload quantities of several styles and grades of doors. Whether you are looking for hollow or solid core interior slabs, pre-hung units, fiberglass or metal exterior slabs, or pre-hung units, we will be able to provide just what you need. Truckload quantities of vinyl and wooden, new construction and replacement windows are also available for your just-in-time needs.
Landscape/Fencing Materials:
- Building Materials West, Southern California Distribution—Our Great Wall fiber cement fence system is the Wind, Sound, Fire Barrier, Retaining & Security Wall that goes up like a fence at a fraction of the cost and hassle of block walls. It simply takes all the BLOCKS out of building a wall!
- Southern Division—North Pacific's Southern Division offers treated and untreated fencing and landscape timbers for retail or industrial users. We have several regional warehouses to assure cost effective pricing for your location.
- Specialty Products—Railroad Ties—North Pacific provides a full range of fencing and vineyard/orchard trellis products as well as new and used railroad ties. Our fencing and trellis materials include Steel T-Posts and Grapestakes, CCA-treated Lodgepole Pine Posts, crossarms, training stakes, and a full line of agricultural wire. Our Railroad materials include both new and re-lay grade railroad ties. Our container loading facilities can prepare our used railroad ties for both export and domestic shipments.
